Mukteshwar :- Mukteshwar is a town and tourist destination in the Nainital district of Uttarakhand. It sits high in the Kumaon Hills, 51 km from Nainital, and 343 km from Delhi. Mukteshwar gets its name from a 350-year-old temple of Shiva, known as Mukteshwar Dham, situated atop the highest point in the town. Close to it lie the overhanging cliffs, locally known as Chauli-ki-Jali, used for rock climbing and rappelling, with an excellent view of the valleys below. Mukteshwar is the abode of a saint — Shri Mukteshwar Maharaj ji — who lived at the Top Cottage Temple where his Samadhi is. 

Nice scenery can be viewed from Chaulli ki Jaali, where rocks jut out from the hill face at a bizarre angle. This is a great place to observe eagles and other feathered scavengers as they swoop down at their prey. The charm of visiting Mukteshwar lies in enjoying nature, listening to air gushing through deodar forests, bird watching, meditation, and seeking peace. The top of the mountain on which Mukteshwar Temple stands offers astonishing and marvellous view of the imposing Himalayan range, Mukteshwar is bounded by fruit orchards and coniferous forests. The unspoiled beauty of Mukteshwar has a lot to offer. Wake up with the chirping of birds and sun rays kissing the cliffs and enjoy short treks in the woods.

Mukteshwar is covered by dense forest and on the other side if offers splendid view of the enchanting valley and the Himalayas. Mukteshwar is rich in scenic beauty, with magnificent views of the Indian Himalayas including India's second-highest peak, Nanda Devi. Because of the hilly topography, agriculture in the area consists chiefly of potato fields and fruit orchards on terraces cut into the hillsides. The nearest airport is at Pantnagar and the nearest railway head is at Kathgodam 65 km from the town, from where vehicular transport is easily available from neighbouring towns of Bhimtal, Bhowali, and Nainital. The beauty of Mukteshwar is unpolluted and unaffected till date. It is believed that lord Shiva killed a demon at this spot and he granted him salvation or mukti.

Day 1: Pick Up From Delhi Airport/Railway Station Drive To Mukteshwar

Pick up from Delhi Airport/Railway station around 2200 Hrs, and proceed to Mukteshwar Uttarakhand.

Day 2: Camp Check-in And Trekking And Relaxing At Camp

Check-in the camp and fresh-n-up , have your breakfast take a short rest, in the afternoon have your lunch at the camp, and enjoy the activities available at the camp. In the evening go for some trekking activities, return to camp and have your dinner and spend a comfortable night

Day 3: Enjoy Adventure Activities And Local Sightseeing At Mukteshwar

Post Breakfast proceed for local sightseeing in Mukteshwar or you can enjoy some adventures activities at your own cost available outside the camp like Repelling, Zip lining, Rock Climbing and Paragliding, return to camp for lunch, After visiting Mukteshwar Temple, The View Of Himalayas, Chauli Ki Jaali, Methodist Church, drive back to Resort in the evening . Dinner & Overnight at the camp.

Day 4: Check-out From Mukteshwar And Drive To Delhi Airport/Railway Station

Get up early morning pack your bags, and Post Breakfast it time to say good bye to Mukteshwar and your trip end here with lots of sweet memories.

• The above package is not valid during the festival season, national holidays, long weekends, and New Year.
• Per person rates (in Rs.), and applicable on 6 persons, on triple sharing basis (maximum 3 adults are per camp is allowed).
• All transfers, excursions, sightseeing and travel as per itinerary in an air conditioned vehicle (The air conditions will work in plain areas only and not on hills).
• Package rates are subject to change without prior notice. However the new package rates would be conveyed to the guest depending on the availability in the hotels/camp.
• Air condition is allowed in the moving position of the cab provided and not in the standing position if it is more than 10 minutes for the above mentioned itinerary.
• Guests are not allowed to drink (alcohol)/smoke / do any other illegal activities as per the Indian laws inside the cab, provided for the above mentioned itinerary.
• One Child between 0 to 4 years is complimentary (without bed) after that each child between 0 to 4 years 50% of per person package cost without extra bed, child between 4 To 12 years will be charged 70% of the per person package cost with extra bed ( mattress ) sharing the same room with parents, beyond 12 years 100% per person package cost will be charged with extra bed (mattress) sharing the same room with parents and we request our guest to declare the actual age of the child at the time booking.
